By downloading or using Percent Off, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

Percent Off is licensed to you, not sold. Subject to these terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula), you may use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. If these terms and Apple's standard EULA conflict, the standard EULA controls.

Free version and Lifetime Unlock

The app is free to download and includes a limited free version.
"Lifetime Unlock" is a one-time purchase that removes the free-version limits. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
Purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds and billing questions are handled by Apple under its policies, and you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Customers who bought an earlier version of the app, and people with an active subscription from a previous version, keep the access they paid for.
You can restore a previous purchase in Settings by tapping Restore Purchases.

Prices and calculations

Percent Off is a convenience tool. Results are estimates based on the numbers you enter. Stores may round, apply discounts, or calculate tax differently, so the price you actually pay may differ. Always check the final price at checkout. Prices, discounts, and tax rates shown in the app, in screenshots, or on this site are examples only.

Your content

The lists, names, photos, and other information you enter belong to you and stay on your device. You are responsible for keeping your own backups.

Acceptable use

Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app, and do not use it in any way that breaks the law.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss from relying on the app's calculations, including overspending or missed deals. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the developer is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
